Yoga Teacher Training

During the process of this course, the students are preferred to be disciplined, patient, and enthusiastic. The daily schedules at the school believe in utilizing the day by waking up early in the morning, and then start with the Hatha Yoga classes, followed by Pranayama activities, Yoga Anatomy, Mantra Chanting, and the cleansing practices of Shat-Kriyas to re-energize the mind, body, and soul. The evening includes the classes of Yoga Philosophy, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and the day closes with mediation.

Spacious, comfortable and clean rooms are provided to the yoga students by the staff of Akshat Yoga School. These rooms in Goa are in high demand due to the active tourism in this beautiful union territory. Other amenities at the accommodation includes the 24*7 customer service, attached washrooms, private and shared rooms, unlimited water supply (hot and cold water), and so on.

Food

Sattvic, vegetarian food is served three times a day at the Yoga school of. Fruits, vegetables and herbal drinks are also given to help detoxify the body and mind of the students. This purification technique of following a clean and simple diet helps the students to get rid of the impurities by using the traditional methods of cleansing.
